Prior to our deployment we designed a belt buckle and I ensured that all of officers got one. But I also want to say how proud and honored I am of you and of all our fellow "STEEL TIGERS." So many of you have set a path for us to follow. We, toda**oldier, would not be who we are without your dedication to duty, service to our country, or professionlism. You have all set a path for us to follow and its an honor to carry forward all that you have taught us, emparted to us, and wished for us. THANK YOU ALL for your time and dedication. I am proud to say that I severed close to 3 years with the BN starting in Kosovo as the a**tant S3 and then on to command.
