I was the company commander, Warlord 6, for A/1-77 AR during the 2004-2005 OIF deployment. I am proud to say that I severed close to 3 years with the BN starting in Kosovo as the a**tant S3 and then on to command. I look forward to this years renuion since I am currently stationed just up the road at White Sands Missile Range. "BLOOD ON THE AXE!"

Kevin, Here is a uniform order for Reunion 2010. Do you have T shirts, not polo shirts? I prefer black. 3 size small, 1 size large and 1 size extra large. Also, 5 Steel Tigers caps and 5 small Steel Tigers lapel pins. Do i pay now, or upon pickup at the reunion?

Anyone interested in pre-ordering shirts for the upcoming reunion in El Paso, please do so through this web site. I am presently putting together an order for shirts and it would help me out if I had a better handle on what everyone wants or needs.
See everyone in Texas!!!

(my website is a museum website in Peekskill, NY - I am the webmaster Nothing on Vietnam or veterans - just local history, but you asked so i put it in.) As for the time period in below comment, it was 1971, in the hot summer months. Mai Loc, Vietnam.. I wish you guys would speak up.. I'd like to go to the reunions meeting up with someone that I was WITH back then. Not that it's not great seeing the guys who were there when I was, but seeing someone who I actually knew while there would be the icing on the cake!

Steel Tigers 77th Armor AssociationWas wondering if there are any guys here who were in the bunker at mai loc one night when we were all hanging out. I remember sitting on the top bunk and there was lots of smoke in the room... place was packed with bare chested fellow.. kinda dimmed memory now... but we had no beer as there was no beer way out there.... anyway someone came in the bunker and asked for a volunteer for a radioman for the next day's patrol - eventually a chopper picked me and an American capt (can't remember his name either), and 5 Arvn's. We jumped from the chopper ( I was the 1st one an almost fell on my face I had so much gear on, flak jacket, ammo and a knapsack (thought we were going overnite), and the prk-25 radio. )Anyway, the guy came in asking for a volunteer and no one volunteered so I jumped down and said I'd go and was woken the next day early, had breakfast, and waited for the chopper just outside the Mai Loc landmines.(front of the base). I didn't party too much while out in the field (haha not nearly as much as at QTCB, ) anyway, I know there were radio guys there and the others, tankers, scouts etc... I’m sure there were no brass people there. Anyway anyone remember that?
Happy new year!
